How do I make payment?
All payments are made via PayPal. You can use your credit card with PayPal even if you don’t have an account. All transactions are secure and we do not handle any of your card information directly.

Do I pay tax?
CA sales taxes will apply to all orders shipped to addresses within California. European VAT is not applicable. If you’re ordering from outside the USA & EU, you will be liable for paying any customs duties and import taxes.

How do I return an item?

If any of our products do not meet your expectations or you have changed your mind, please email: [email protected]

We’ll send you a return address and guide you through the process.  Please return the unopened unused item/s in the original condition and packaging within two weeks of delivery for a refund, less return shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping costs for items with manufacturing defects. See our full terms.

What if an item I ordered is lost, missing or damaged?

If you received a damaged item or part of your order is missing please record and note the condition/issues and email [email protected]

We’ll be happy to replace it for you. If an item appears to be lost in transit, do notify us and please allow plenty of time for us to investigate with the postal services. We have to follow their procedures and rest assured that we will replace any lost items. See our full terms.

How do I cancel my order? 

If you wish to cancel an order please let us know immediately so we can avoid shipping it to you. Once shipped we will need it to be returned to us unopened in its original condition. We do not refund original shipping charges or cover the return shipping for non faulty items. See our full terms.

Are your products safe? 

We take the safety of our products very seriously. We design with safety in mind and we carefully source the safest non toxic materials and finishes we can find. We are a small batch producer and follow all applicable regulations in the USA and EU.

For example, our European plywood exceeds the strictest regulations in the world: both the EU rules and Californian CARB regulations.

How about the environment? 

Sustainable woods, no chlorine, natural finishes. Minimal plastic used wherever possible. Water based non toxic inks. Minimized and recyclable packaging. Reduced air miles from producing locally wherever possible.
